To provide Service, we may engage various third parties for the following:

• Affiliate marketing and advertising, user acquisition of both Paying Members and Free Users, assistance with the profile set-up and communication considering language barriers, time zone differences or other factors which are performed by Affiliate Partners. Affiliate Partners often curate photo and video sessions of Free Users. Affiliate Partners are independent third parties (contractors) and are not our agents or employees, we do not control them. They are compensated for their services in accordance with the terms of their partnership agreements.

Your Safety

1. For us, the security of our members is a top priority. We follow legal regulations governing international dating. Therefore, we will never provide any personal contact information of one member to another member. Members are free to share or not share their contact information with other members.
2. We have developed a robust Anti-Scam system designed to quickly detect and address suspicious activity. Our team is continually working to enhance the effectiveness of this system.
3. Our dedicated content moderation system screens and analyzes user communications to ensure that any content identified as potentially harmful or fraudulent is promptly removed. This includes scanning for content involving financial solicitations and threats. However, we can only assist users with on-platform communications, so we urge users to always communicate on our platform. We take fraud prevention very seriously and hold users accountable for their actions. Individuals involved in fraudulent activities will face a ban and complete removal from our platform.
4. We require that Free Users are verified every six months through an online system that reviews identity documents and ensures that the person providing the identity documents is one and the same. As a result, member communicating with Free Users can be assured that the persons with whom they are interacting have been subjected to robust verification processes.
5. We do understand that members exchange contact details in video chats etc, and obviously we do not prohibit this activity. However, we do warn our members to strictly follow the guidelines of our Dating Security Policy, which recommends not to provide any personal contact information (including links to SMM accounts, messengers, IDs, personal numbers etc.). We give this advice because no member can be completely sure how serious their partner is, and if communication happens outside of our system, we will not be capable of helping members who get into trouble.
6. We prioritize the ongoing training and development of our staff. While our Trust & Safety specialists are highly skilled and well-trained, we are committed to continuously advancing their expertise.
7. We strongly recommend our members to follow these guidelines, given in accordance with New Jersey state law (NJ Rev Stat 56:8-171 [2017]: “Requirements for Internet dating services”): (3) “Never include your last name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, place of work, or any other identifying information in your Internet profile or initial e-mail messages. User Types

MEMBERS

When a user registers within the Services, they become a member (hereinafter - the “Member”). We do not influence the relationships between Members and various possible motivations for using the service. All Members are very different in terms of goals they have in mind when registering on our sites. They specify these goals on their profiles. Some of our Members are looking for new friends, virtual companionship or online romance. Some Members are looking for popularity and recognition of their talent. Members may have only one account (hereinafter - “Membership”) with the Services. Multiple accounts will be blocked. Upon registering with the Services and thereby becoming a Member, you shall have access to the following Services:

• Browsing through other Member’s profiles;
• Having your profile registered in our database and making it searchable by other Members;
• Making changes to your profile;
• Reading messages (Web version only);
• Purchasing Membership extensions for subsequent periods.

By registering, a user acknowledges and agrees that the profile information and content will be visible and accessible to other users of our platform.

VERIFIED USERS

Users can confirm their identity and get the ‘verified’ sign. To be verified, a User must pass a verification process which includes submitting a government issued ID and passing a biometric verification process through SumSub. The verification is valid for the next six months after the verification is passed. After six months, a User needs to re-verify their account by passing the SumSub verification process again. If the reverification process is not completed, the verification mark is removed.

PAYING MEMBERS

Paying Members are not marked with any sign. Paying Members are using our platform on a “pay-per-action” model without any boundaries and can connect with Free Users as well as other Paying Members.

FREE USERS

Free Users are marked with the “Free User” Flame symbol.

Free Users are permitted to use the platform without charge. Free Users must follow certain rules, including the Community Standards and the Communication Policy. Free Users are required to undergo regular identity verification, remain active on the website, and provide accurate, high quality, profile content. Free Users enjoy free access with certain boundaries, such as being unable to contact other Free Users.

It is strictly prohibited for Free Users to receive monetary compensation for their involvement with our platform in any way. If any Member learns about a violation of this rule then they should inform us by contacting Customer Support. Any Free User who violates this rule will be blocked immediately on our platforms

5. Can I use Anastasiadate for free?

• To become a Free User you have to qualify -, you need to pass the SumSub verification process, provide quality content for your profile including photos, videos, and a profile description. You must also remain active on our platform and follow the Communication Policy For Free Users.
• Both women and men can become Free Users from any country where our platform is available. All Members must be at least 18 years old (or the age of consent in their country of residence, whichever is higher).
