I am a nutritionist, and this is perhaps one of the most inspiring fields in medicine. I love giving people a new quality of life by helping them understand how food affects their body and soul. Many of my patients come to me when they are desperate, and leave with confidence in their eyes and a sparkle in their smile. How can you not love your job when you see such results?

Outside of work, I am a culinary researcher. My kitchen is my laboratory bench where I create, experiment and sometimes even blow things up, but that's another story. I love mixing different cultures in my recipes, looking for something new and unusual. Sometimes friends say that my treats are like a mini trip around the world on one dish.
I also just love yoga and gymnastics! These classes for me are not just physical activity, they are meditation in motion, an opportunity to feel connected to your body and mind. I feel like every pose fills me with energy, makes me stronger and more confident.
I am free as a bird and I like to travel. I speak English and Spanish, which makes me feel comfortable around the world.
