Greetings to you from a stretching coach. Let me add, from a wonderful stretching coach.😊 I am from a small town in the Sumy region. I am young and still finding myself. But I love what I do, and I love helping others achieve their health goals. I have been known to be a pretty fun and mischievous person, I like to make my clients laugh and have fun while they work on their flexibility. I believe that a positive attitude and a good sense of humor is key to motivation and progress. I would like to add that I try to make every day bright. And ginger tea with toast and Nutella helps me do that. I am not just a stretching coach, I am also a lover of nature, books, and shopping. I believe that having a balance of different passions in life is important and I make sure to find time to indulge in all of mine.

I love to hike and explore the great outdoors, the peace and serenity of nature is truly therapeutic for me. I am also an avid reader, I love to lose myself in a good book and escape into different worlds. I have a particular fondness for mystery and thriller novels, but I am always open to trying new genres. Shopping is also a hobby of mine, I love to explore different stores and find unique and stylish pieces to add to my wardrobe. I believe that looking good and feeling good go hand in hand and shopping is a great way to achieve both.
