I think travel is a very important part of life.💞 Sometimes everything loses its meaning, but when one goes on a trip, everything falls into place. I do yoga. Yoga has given me back the joy of life. No matter how bad my day is, I know that on my mat it will be forgotten. 💞 I have so much energy from yoga, my only regret is why I didn't do it before. My job as a receptionist is difficult in that you have to deal with all kinds of people. But yoga was the thing that showed me that it's all up to me. I became calmer and more peaceful.💞
