Dance and yoga are much more than hobbies for me- I teach both, so movement is a big part of my life. I love helping people feel stronger, more confident and more connected with their bodies. Cooking is another passion of mine, especially when I can experiment with ingredients and create something delicious from scratch. I enjoy an active lifestyle, but I’m equally happy spending an evening in the kitchen with music playing in the background.
