I like to walk in the park near my house. The sun filtering through the canopy of trees, a carpet of leaves that I love to crunch underfoot, and the cheerful chirping of birds overhead creates such a peaceful atmosphere that make even my cares seem far away. On these walks, I'm energized by everything around me, and it always has a way of lightening my mood. There's something incredibly therapeutic about spending time outside in nature - I suppose it's why I have such an affinity for walking in this park.
