Video Date Policy

General rules:

1. Connection failures and time spent on their repairing is not paid;
2. Video Date duration is determined automatically and is expressed in round numbers (minutes of your talk). E.g.: 9 minutes 24 seconds of your Video Conference will be equated to 10 minutes;
3. A client cannot order Video Date less than 24 hours before the time he wants it to take place at;
4. A client can order Video Date for 10 minutes (the minimum deposit charge is $49.5), however he may prolong it during the conference if the agency has no other Video Date orders at that time;
5. A client cannot order a new Video Date if he has a debt for at least one fulfilled Video Date (though it does not prevent him from using already ordered/paid video dates);
6. A client cannot reschedule Video Date less than 4 hours before the appointed time if $25 fee cannot be deducted from his credit card;
7. If a Lady proposes new time for Video Date a client has to either confirm or decline it no later than 4 hours before the new appointed time;

Fines/Deductions:

1. $49.5 prepayment is not returned if a client does not join Video Date for more than 10 minutes after its appointed time;
2. $49.5 prepayment is not returned in case a client cancels Video Date less than 4 hours before the appointed time;
3. $25 fee is deducted in case a client changes confirmed Video Date time/date less than 4 hours before the appointed time;
4. In case Video Date is interrupted because of malfunction from the client’s end for more than 5 minutes – the Video Conference is still considered fulfilled and is paid in accordance with established procedure.

Compensations:

1. A client gets the deposit charge of $49.5 returned if the case meets the following conditions:
   • Connection failure from the Lady's end during the first 10 minutes;
   • Connection is not repaired for 5 minutes;
   • A client stayed on the line for five minutes after the connection failure.
2. A client gets the deposit charge of $49.5 returned in one of the following cases:
   • A Lady does not join Video Date for more than 10 minutes;
   • A client cancels a Video Date more than 4 hours before the appointed time;
   • A client neither declines nor confirms new time for Video Date proposed by Lady earlier than 4 hours before the new appointed time;
   • A Lady refuses to join Video Date.
