yoga, meditation, belly dance. For me, yoga is not just about bending my body. Yoga helps me to focus on the present and creates a good balance between my body and mind. It is a well-known fact that yoga leads to improved concentration, coordination, reaction time and an optimal memory. So.. Yes! My mind is optimal. ;) I enjoy yoga as it puts me in a more satisfying spiritual way of life. You see, that I am young, but I do know a lot of things. ;) I cannot say that yoga is an essential part of my life. It is my hobby. I am not crazy about it.I take part in local performances for orphan children and for disable kids.
Well, I just want to admit that I am not so experienced in love deals...I just know that many women like to shout about their experiences with men and how mature they are and so on. It is not me…I am not spoilt. I just want to create a strong relationship where my man and I always think of each other, put each other first, praise and encourage each other, affirm each other and are prepared to put ourselves out for one another. I think it is really magical. As I said, I am almost happy. Being happy is a state of mind that is controlled by me. My life is filled with optimism, gratefulness. It's my choice!!!!
