In my spare moments I like to clean my appartment and to cook for my family, for people who I love. During clearing up, setting things in their places, cooking dinner or something I restore my sanity, I mentally relax. It seems to be a meditation for me. But it is true to say that reading books, parties with friends, listening music and watching films are not alien to me, I also like it very much.
