To make life happy, you have to love the little things in everyday life😇. For example, I loved doing the dishes. I couldn't stand it before. Now I understand that it's hard to be clean without dishes)))❣️ When I did yoga I felt much lighter, freer and much more pleasant. I am calmer - I used to be too emotional and out of control. People tell me I look younger than my age. So yoga is my drive and high. I'm cheerful. I love everybody. 😇People love me. After class I feel satisfied that I'm doing myself, that I love myself.❣️ This is a sign that we are living.😇

I'm not a trainer - they don't come to me several times a week to train certain muscles and areas. I'm not a doctor - they don't come to me to solve this or that problem because they have a pain. An instructor⚡️ is someone who teaches people how to communicate with their own bodies. It's not that hard to unload a person emotionally through the body. I'm grateful that yoga has brought more self-confidence into my life. I love creativity.❣️ Especially live instrumental music. I love spending time with my dog, who wakes me up in the morning to run with him))😆
