If you asked me to name one activity that makes me forget everything else, my answer would be Latin American dancing. As soon as the music begins, I want to move! I love its energy, expressiveness, and the wonderful way dancing allows you to communicate without saying a word.
It's also the perfect contrast to my job as a chief accountant. During the day, I deal with numbers, documents, and precise calculations. At dance practice, I can simply follow the music. I also enjoy swimming, which helps me relax and recharge.
Music has a special place in my life. I love hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but I enjoy contemporary songs as well. I'm drawn to music with personality, memorable melodies, and rhythms that make sitting still almost impossible.
