I can forget about my problems at work or worries. Many people admit my good physical shape. I believe that nutrition and discipline are keys to a good physical form. I cook a lot in order to eat fresh and healthy food. I dream of my future life with a man in the same way: healthy homemade food, exercise and complete mutual understanding.

4. A man who takes care of himself.
