I work as a sous chef in a restaurant. Most of all in my work I like to decorate dishes: decorate them with creams, sauces, herbs. When there is a lot of work and stress and fatigue build up, I turn on the music and allow myself to relax and dance for a few minutes. I listen to house or jungle. I believe that a good sous-chef should be both strict in order to manage the work in the kitchen and clearly set tasks for subordinates, and gentle in order to inspire and support the team.
