I work as a real estate expert, so I can talk quite professionally about what makes a property attractive: location, layout, the view, natural light… But over the years, I've realized that a good property and a real home have much less in common than we sometimes think. A home begins with the people in it.
Perhaps that's why my answer to where I want to be ten years from now is surprisingly simple: I want to have found the man I love and finally feel settled.
That certainly doesn't mean giving up an active life. I doubt I could. :) I love skiing, work out at the gym, enjoy traveling, and generally feel happiest when there is movement in my life. I have already visited Germany, Austria, Egypt, Turkey, Spain, and other countries. The Maldives are especially high on my list of places still waiting to be discovered.
But when I say I want to feel settled, I mean something very different. I want to stop searching. I want to know that the person beside me is the one with whom I genuine

If you gave me a choice between a cozy sofa and a ski slope in winter, I'm afraid the sofa wouldn't have much of a chance. :) Skiing is one of my favorite passions. I love the speed, the mountain air, and that special sense of freedom you feel on the way down.
In everyday life, the gym helps me stay active. Exercise isn't a temporary project for me; it's a natural part of my lifestyle. I enjoy feeling energetic and knowing that I'm making time to take care of myself.
Travel is another great passion of mine. I've visited Germany, Austria, Egypt, Turkey, Spain, and other countries, and my list certainly doesn't end there. I would especially love to see the Maldives one day. Admittedly, I'll have to exchange my usual “mountains and skis” formula for “ocean and bare feet” for a while, but I think I can manage. :)

Working in real estate has taught me that everyone has a different list of requirements for the perfect home. Some people want a beautiful view, others need more space or a particular location. But when it comes to the man I hope to meet, my list is much shorter: I want someone loving and caring.
To me, love isn't expressed only through words. It lives in ordinary things: a man asking how my day went, noticing my mood, genuinely wanting to spend time together, and remaining attentive long after the first excitement of dating has passed.
Care doesn't mean that I expect a man to solve all my problems either. I am an independent woman, I work, make decisions, and am used to an active life. I don't need a rescuer. I want a partner—someone beside whom I can occasionally relax and enjoy the feeling that there are two of us now.
I love skiing, exercise, and travel, so I would be happy to share at least some of that active lifestyle with my partner. But we certainly don't need identical
