I don’t give up when it gets tough, I don’t look for excuses, and I don’t pity myself. Resilient — that’s me: fall, get up, wipe the blood off my knees, and keep going. I’m straightforward, I say what I think without extra sugar, but always with respect. With those close to me, I’m warm, caring, and loyal — if you’re in my circle, I’ll fight for you just as hard as I fight for my own goals. I love challenges, I hate laziness and empty words. There’s a fire inside me that doesn’t go out even on the darkest days.

Strength training and heavy lifting — barbell, squats, bench press, deadlifts. It’s my meditation, my way of feeling alive and powerful.
Long-distance running — especially early in the morning when the city is still asleep. That’s when I sort out my thoughts and set new goals.
Proper nutrition and nutraceuticals — I experiment with macros, study how food affects recovery and strength. I love cooking healthy but delicious meals.
Active travel — mountains, trekking, rock climbing, surfing. I want to see the world not from a hotel window, but from the top of a pass or on a board riding a wave.
Self-development through books and podcasts — psychology, motivation, biographies of strong people, business, and leadership. Every day I try to become a little better than yesterday.
