I love movement and cannot imagine my life without sports. It is especially pleasant for me to start the morning with yoga - it helps to wake up, get ready for the day and feel harmony with yourself. And I also like running. There is something incredibly nice about putting on your running shoes, turning on your favorite music and just running towards a new day.
But if you want to add a little fire to your life, I dance Latin! I like this energy, music and feeling of freedom when the body itself moves in rhythm. Probably, that's why I easily get along with a calm girl who likes stretching and silence, and the one who can suddenly dance as if there is no one around.
