If I had to describe myself in just two words, I would choose charisma and energy.
I am cheerful, I enjoy life, and I appreciate people around whom I can simply be myself. At the same time, I have a strong personality. Perhaps my career has contributed to that—I manage a production operation, so I am used to making decisions, taking responsibility, and seeing things through. Maybe that is also why I believe in one very simple principle: if you say you are going to do something, do it. And that is a standard I try to apply to myself as much as to anyone else.
Outside of work, however, I have no desire to control everything or create a detailed ten-year plan. Ask me where I expect to be a decade from now and my answer is quite simple: I don't plan that far ahead. I am much more interested in living now.

I like to start my days actively. A morning run is one of my favorite ways to wake up, clear my head, and feel energized before the usual rush of the day begins. Besides running, I enjoy fitness and stretching. I like the combination of feeling strong while keeping my body flexible.
But one of the hobbies that probably says the most about me is backgammon.
I enjoy the game itself—a little strategy, a little luck, the challenge of thinking several moves ahead, and the ability to accept that sometimes the dice have their own opinion about your brilliant plans. :) Perhaps that is useful practice for life as well. I also know how to simply relax. I don't need to fill every minute with activities. After an intense week, sometimes the best plan is having no plan at all.
Travel is another pleasure of mine. I have visited Austria, Poland, and Amsterdam, and Italy is especially high on my wish list now. I don't want to experience it only through photographs.

I think that simple principle reveals surprisingly much about a person.
If a man says he will call, he calls. If he suggests meeting, the meeting actually happens. If he says a woman matters to him, she can feel it not only through his messages, but through his actions.
I am used to responsibility myself. Managing a production operation has taught me to make decisions and be accountable for results, so I would like a mature man beside me—someone I can genuinely rely on.
But reliability doesn't mean he has to be serious all the time.
I am a cheerful woman, and I want plenty of laughter in a relationship. I am attracted to charisma, quiet confidence, and a man who can still surprise me occasionally.
