I have one particular trait: when something genuinely interests me, I rarely stop at simply scratching the surface. I want to understand it, explore it, experience it, and sometimes even turn that curiosity into a whole new chapter of my life. That's exactly how I came to change my professional direction. I studied at Kyiv National Economic University and earned an MBA in Global Business from the University of Redlands in California. You might think the obvious next step would have been to continue building a career in business, but life turned out to be more interesting than a perfectly planned career path. I became fascinated by nutrition and health, started working as a nutritionist, and am now continuing my education at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. If I had to choose between spending an entire day on the couch and heading somewhere for a new experience, I'd usually choose the second option. I enjoy an active lifestyle, and fitness plays an important role in it. I work out regularly at the gym and appreciate not only the results but also the process itself: feeling stronger, more energetic, and enjoying movement. I've never been a professional athlete; physical activity has simply become a natural part of my life. I especially love hiking. For me, it offers the perfect combination of adventure, nature, and a chance to switch off from everyday responsibilities. Mountain trails, fresh air, beautiful panoramic views, and that wonderful feeling of accomplishment when you reach your destination are incredibly inspiring.
