Hello, I was wondering who to write a letter to offering feedback on my recent trip to Ukraine; I guess a reply to your letter asking for feedback is appropriate. The service, frankly, was flawless; And that surprised me. With so many different aspects I expected there to be some issues, but there were none. I had never been to Ukraine before; and, while comfortable traveling alone to foreign countries, I was not expecting a smooth trip by any means. So.. I am excited to say I'll be going back late October/early November to Nikolaev once again. The young woman I visited was more perfect in every way than I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much for the hard work you and your staff do!
