I have participated in the April Anastasia Romance Tour to Odessa, Kherson/Lugansk and Kharkov Ukraine. In fact I am writing this letter from Kharkov! I have enjoyed my trip very much; and I wanted to tell you how impressed I am in the Anastasia staff here on this tour. I have become well acquainted with Derek Grubb and Olga from your Moscow office and appreciate everything they have done to make my trip enjoyable and memorable. I must confess that I started out the trip in Odessa rather awkwardly and was quite shy at the first social. But Derek, Olga from Moscow and Olga from Odessa made me feel at home and were very attentive and cordial. Soon, I 'loosened up' as we say and consequently have had the time of my life!!! I can say from experience that your staff is very professional and they do their very best to make the trip as pleasant an experience as they can for all the clients! In this day and age people more often complain than congratulate; but I wanted to let you at Anastasia Moscow know that Derek, Olga, Vera and Olga from Odessa are a staff you can be very proud of! Thank you for your time to read my letter, and your wonderful tour!!
